Monisys introduces the new No-Frills account. This
account was created for the many users out there
who simply need a reliable connection to the Internet
but don't want to pay for services they don't use.
Why No Frills? Because you know what to do. You dont need much support from us. This allows us to cut our costs and pass the savings to you.
Your first setup is paid for ($5 setup fee). After that, there will be a nominal fee charged for each support call.
To allow us to reduce our collection costs, this rate is only available to credit card paying customers (the collection is done automatically by our billing system). If you choose to pay by cash or post-dated cheques there is a $1 processing fee.
To reduce our collection costs, our system is set to disable all accounts not paid within 3 days after the due date.
Cheques returned as NSF (no sufficient funds), declined credit card payments or payment delays beyond 3 days will result in a $2 processing fee. All bank service charges will be passed on to you.
This account is only available in dialup ports in Ottawa. Our roaming service is available at an extra cost.
