2 – You will see the Creating a New Profile dialog box. Click Next.

3 – Enter your Full Name and Email Address. Your email address is your username@monisys.ca

4 – Click Next.

5 – Choose a name for the profile in Profile Name.

6 – Click Next.

7 – Type the name of the Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server as: mail.monisys.ca

8 – Click Next.

9 – Enter your username as: username (do not place the @monisys.ca at the end of your username).

10 - Type the name of the Incoming Mail Server as: mail.monisys.ca. Choose the Mail Server type as: POP3.

11 – Click Next.
