Setting up Dialup Networking in
Windows 95/98
1- Double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop.
2- Double-click the Dialup Networking icon.
3- Double-click Make New Connection.
4- Type monisys internet in the text field:
5- Select your modem from the drop menu.
6- Click next.
7- Type the Area Code and Phone Number, and Country.
8- Click next.
9- Click Finish.
Now, a few last steps, and we'll be done...
10- In the Dialup Networking folder, right-click the monisys internet icon, and
choose properties from the menu.
You will see a summary of the setup you went through in steps 1-9.
11- Choose Server Types
12- Check Enable Software Compression.
13- Check TCP/IP
14- Click OK.
That's it! Now you're ready to connect to monisys
internet. Double click on the monisys internet icon,
and enter your Username and Password which you
were given. Click the Connect button, and that's it!
